Dr. Taiwo Kuye, M.D.
Dr. Taiwo Kuye started her education at the Brooklyn College, New York, where she earned a degree in Biology. Her medical education continued at the St Georges medical school in Grenada, where she graduated in 2008. Shortly following her graduation, she participated in the internal medicine residency at the UT Health and Science center of San- Antonio which she completed in 2011.
Her career started as an Associate professor and academic hospitalist role at VBMC -Valley Baptist Medical Center where she doubled as a clinician and an educator. There she received many accolades in her 3-year stay.
Prior to starting a private practice to compliment her husband’s medical practice in Harlingen, Texas. Dr. T. Kuye has always been very passionate about caring for people and helping her patients live healthy lifestyles through education, promptly diagnosing, and treating of medical illness.
Both Dr. T. Kuye and Dr. M. Kuye dedicated to their lifetime of hard work built their reputation at Cano Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas before opening their own branded establishment known as Kuye Medical Group in Olmito, Texas. When Dr. T. Kuye isn’t practicing out of the two locations you can find her spending quality time with her family.

With a distinguished medical education in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and New York, Dr. Kuye brings his years of medical training and expertise together with a team of practitioners to provide individualized healthcare to the RGV.

Rene Torres was born and raised in the RGV and now gives back to his community through expert medical care honed over the course of the last 15 years. With experience and education in both family and internal medicine, Dr. Torres provides compassionate and life-changing medical care to a wide array of patients throughout the Valley. When he is not in the clinic, you can expect him to be spending quality time with his family and friends.
Mark Bailey

Dr. Bailey's 39 years of experience in the medical field, along with a commitment to the individual needs of his patients, has earned him 20 different certificates and awards, including in the areas of spinal trauma and soft tissue injuries, he provides critical services with compassion and skill to each of his patients. When he is not in the clinic or on the golf course, you can find him socializing with family and friends.
Dr. Rosalba Balderas Family Nurse Practitioner
Rosalba Balderas was raised in San Benito, Texas. She received Associate Degree in Nursing Degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2010. She later earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2016 from the University of Texas a Arlington. In 2020 she graduated with Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Erick del Monte PA-C
Erick del Monte, PA-C, started his medical career as a biology major at UT Brownsville and later UT Rio Grande Valley, where he graduated in 2018 as a Physician Assistant. Since then, he has gathered experience in multiple areas, including wound care management, internal medicine, orthopedics, urgent care, and post acute management. Today, he uses this experience to improve the overall health of his patients who suffer from a wide variety of health concerns.
