Rene Torres was born and raised in the RGV and now gives back to his community through expert medical care honed over the course of the last 15 years. Dr. Bailey's 39 years of experience in the medical field, along with a commitment to the individual needs of his patients, has earned him 20 different certificates and awards, including in the areas of spinal trauma and soft tissue injuries, he provides critical services with compassion and skill to each of his patients. When he is not in the clinic or on the golf course, you can find him socializing with family and friends.
Dr. Rosalba Balderas Family Nurse Practitioner
Rosalba Balderas was raised in San Benito, Texas. She received Associate Degree in Nursing Degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2010. She later earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2016 from the University of Texas a Arlington. In 2020 she graduated with Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
