Dr. Kuye's vision of partnership and compassion in healthcare that has yielded a thriving and award-winning set of clinics that are improving health throughout the RGV. With a distinguished medical education in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and New York, Dr. Kuye brings his years of medical training and expertise together with a team of practitioners to provide individualized healthcare to the RGV.
Dr. Taiwo Kuye has always been very passionate about caring for people and helping her patients live healthy lifestyles. After earning a medical education in New York, Grenada, and Texas, she now brings her passion for patient care, prompt diagnosis, and expert treatment of illness to her work at Kuye Medical Group.
Rene Torres was born and raised in the RGV and now gives back to his community through expert medical care honed over the course of the last 15 years. With experience and education in both family and internal medicine, Dr. Torres provides compassionate and life-changing medical care to a wide array of patients throughout the Valley. When he is not in the clinic, you can expect him to be spending quality time with his family and friends.
Dr. Bailey's 39 years of experience in the medical field, along with a commitment to the individual needs of his patients, has earned him 20 different certificates and awards, including in the areas of spinal trauma and soft tissue injuries, he provides critical services with compassion and skill to each of his patients. When he is not in the clinic or on the golf course, you can find him socializing with family and friends.
Rosalba Balderas was raised in San Benito, Texas. She received Associate Degree in Nursing Degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2010. She later earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2016 from the University of Texas a Arlington. In 2020 she graduated with Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Erick del Monte, PA-C, started his medical career as a biology major at UT Brownsville and later UT Rio Grande Valley, where he graduated in 2018 as a Physician Assistant. Since then, he has gathered experience in multiple areas, including wound care management, internal medicine, orthopedics, urgent care, and post acute management. Today, he uses this experience to improve the overall health of his patients who suffer from a wide variety of health concerns.
We offer the following services.
We offer allergy testing, diagnosis
and treatment of hay fever, asthma
and skin allergies. We also provide
laboratory testing.
High blood pressure, diabetes, COPD,
asthma, heartburn, ulcers, flu shots, strep,
½ splints, stitching, referral for sleep
apnea or other specialties.
Our medical staff does biopsies,
excision of moles and skin cancer,
freezing of pre-cancerous lesions,
wart removal, skin tag removal,
toe nail removal and more. Please
consult our office for full list of
minor surgeries.
On-site same day testing for urinalysis,
H-pylori, flu, pregnancy hCG testing,
hemoccult, PT/INR checks for patients
on Coumadin.
Skilled nursing is a term that refers to a
patient’s need for care or treatment that
can only be done by licensed nurses.
The doctor can follow you or your
loved one on site at any of the 7 Skilled
Nursing/rehab locations in Harlingen.
Patients with depression, anxiety,
or other psychological concerns can
also be helped by our medical providers.
We refer to local psychologists when
necessary.
Simple repair- is used when the wound is
superficial involving primarily epidermis or
dermis, or subcutaneous tissues without
significant involvement of deeper structures,
and requires simple one layer closer.
Vascular Screening – is a key component
in stroke prevention and recognizing
potential life-threatening aliments such
as abdominal aortic aneurysm or
peripheral vascular disease.
