What are the wait times?
Wait times are typically Less than one hour.

Do you offer Lab work?
Yes, Some rapid tests can be done on site, other accessible vendors we work with are QUEST, CPL, and LabCorp.

When will I receive my results?
Draws take anywhere from 24hrs to a week.

Do I need to fast?
Yes, nothing 6 hours prior to lab draws.

Do you accept Walk-ins?
Walk-in accepted but we wouldn’t mind a notification prior to your arrival.

Are you seeing patient in person during COVID-19 pandemic?
We offer onsite evaluation depending on the need of the patient. If a telemedicine visit can be scheduled in place of the on site visit we will inquire with the patient about this service a day prior to the scheduled appointment.

Do you work with students in training?
Yes we do as we feel on site education is important to our future healthcare professionals.

How do I ask questions about a Bill?
You can call and ask to speak with Billing or leave a message and we will get back to you by the next business day.

Will the doctor continue to be my primary care provider if I go to the hospital or Skilled Care facility?
Yes, the doctor has hospital privileges at the 2 Harlingen Hospital (HMC/VBMC).
Yes, the doctor can follow you or your loved one on site at any of the 7 Skilled Nursing/rehab locations in Harlingen.

How long have you been in business?
We are proud to announce we have been established 10 years in Cameron County.

Do I need to come in if I just need a referral?
Some patients will be required to come in for a referral If: we have not previously seen you for the referral in question, or an exam is required to determine if the referral is necessary. If a patient has already been seen for the problem in question then we can electronically submit the referral to the receiving healthcare facility without patient presence.
